Job Site before/after {Utley Deck}

Sam and Barb put off building a deck for a couple years, after falling short of finding the "right" contractor for the job.  After weighing the pros and cons of building it themselves, they found Brad.  Brad met with them, sized up their house, and created the perfect design for them.  What a relief it was to them, their deck would finally be built before this summer's end.

 ...a new cement patio, as well.

 It's been a rainy summer.  

 Now for the grand stairs.

 Metal railing looks fantastic with the redwood.

 Brad had to create two hidden doors around the pipes for the house.
